Adam Barzilay

Adam Barzilay is a Managing Partner of ARB Investments, a private real estate investment platform specializing in multifamily repositioning, development, and capital deployment. Under his leadership, ARB has established strategic partnerships with local sponsors across the United States, with current investment concentrations in Durham, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, and Portland, and planned expansion into Tampa, Orlando, and other high-growth Florida markets.

Prior to founding ARB, Adam was Co-Founder of DB Capital, a value-add multifamily investment firm, where he led deal sourcing, capital structuring, and served as a key member of the investment committee. Previously, as a Partner at MJW Investments, he led the expansion of the firm’s student housing portfolio from several hundred beds to over 5,000, positioning MJW among the top 25 student housing owners nationally. He also played a central role in asset management and operational strategy.

Adam spent over a decade with Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL), where he served as Senior Vice President overseeing project management, construction, and sales across the San Diego and Los Angeles Metro Divisions. He also held senior roles in the Toll Brothers City Living Division in the Northeast, where he led several of the firm’s early high-density development projects.

He began his career as a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate Fixed Income Division at Credit Suisse. Adam holds a Master in Real Estate from Harvard University and both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in City Planning and Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
